✨ HEELS START COURSE ✨ Thinking about starting heels but don’t know where to begin? Or maybe you used to dance and want to get back into heels after a break? This course is for you! 💙 HEELS START is a 4-class progressive training in a closed group, designed for absolute beginners and anyone who wants to refresh their basics, rebuild confidence and feel comfortable moving in heels. 📅 2–23 September 🗓️ Every Wednesday ⏰ 20:30–21:55 CLASS 1 We’ll work on the essentials: walking technique, weight transfers, balance and feeling comfortable both without heels and in heels. We’ll learn a short technical routine and start working on the main choreography. CLASS 2 Waves, hips and hair whips! We’ll focus on body movement and continue developing our technique, while learning the next part of the choreography. CLASS 3 Time to get to the floor! We’ll work on floor work techniques and learn the rest of the choreography, connecting all the elements we’ve learned so far. CLASS 4 We’ll revise everything, polish the choreography and put the finishing touches on our performance. We’ll also film final solo/group videos — completely optional, but a beautiful way to finish the course! ✨ No previous heels experience is needed. Just come as you are and let’s build your confidence in heels, step by step. 🖤 It’s an intimate environment with strictly limited space, allowing to give attention to each of you and help you make the best progress possible.
