  • Payments: Payments for classes or packages are due at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 6 hours before the class starts for a credit. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the class fee. Please note that a different cancellation and rescheduling policy may apply to certain workshops and events. It will be specified in the policy at the time of booking the class.

4. Monthly Packages and Expiration

  • Unused Classes: Any unused classes will not roll over into the next month unless specified in a promotional offer.

5. Liability and Health Disclaimer

  • Health and Safety: By joining our dance classes, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate. If you have any health concerns, it is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any physical activities.

  • Liability Waiver: Dariia Tryboi, Glow Up Heels Community is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during our classes, events, or while using any facilities. Participation is at your own risk.

  • Insurance: It is recommended that participants have personal insurance to cover any risks related to physical activity.
