As well you can book via this website online if you have valid Glow Up Heels 8/12 classes package - https://www.glowupheels.com/packages-pricing Please note: an additional £2 entrance fee applies at the studio reception. We focus on the essentials: posture, balance, weight transfers, hip work, floor work, musicality, movement quality and much more. Sessions include choreography created to reinforce these fundamentals while allowing you to express yourself and develop your unique style. Whether it’s your first time in heels or you're looking to solidify your technique, this is your supportive space to start your journey. Come ready to learn, move, and feel empowered! The group meets once a week on Thursdays.
